Terms of service
These terms are a draft between you and GlideDesign for the website, app, and hosted pages at glidedesign.ai. If you use GlideDesign for a workspace, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not start a trial or a paid plan.
Accounts and workspaces
You need an account to generate designs. You are responsible for the people you invite, the prompts and files you upload, and keeping your login secure. One person should not open extra workspaces to collect more than one free trial.
The product
GlideDesign turns briefs into designs — websites, slide decks and app screens — with written copy, generated pictures, exports and hosted pages. Outputs can be wrong. Review them before you publish or rely on them for legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions. Included credits, seats, and published-page limits are the ones shown on the pricing page for your plan.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Paid plans are subscriptions billed by our payment processor (Stripe), monthly or annually, in the currency shown at checkout. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We do not sell pay-as-you-go overage at launch. When included credits run out, generation waits until they refresh or you change plan.
3-day trial
Paid plans can start with a 3-day free trial. A card is required at checkout. One trial per workspace. If you still have the subscription when the trial ends, about 72 hours after you start it, the card is charged the plan price for the interval you chose. The billing page shows the exact charge date and time. Cancel before that moment and you will not be charged. Starting a trial means you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
Cancellation
Cancel in the billing portal from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep paid access through the end of the period you already paid for, then the workspace returns to the free plan limits. Cancelling during a trial, before the charge time, ends the trial without a charge.
Refunds
Refund rules are in the Refund Policy. Except where that policy or the law says otherwise, fees already charged are not refunded and are not prorated for unused time in the current period.
Acceptable use
Do not use GlideDesign to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, attempt to access another workspace, probe or disrupt the service, send malware, or generate content that is fraudulent, hateful, or sexual content involving minors. We may suspend a workspace that does this. Published pages you put on the public internet are your responsibility.
Intellectual property
You keep the rights you already have in prompts, uploads, and other materials you submit. As between you and GlideDesign, you own the designs generated in your workspace from those materials, including the right to use, publish, and sell them. That ownership does not include rights in third-party content you did not have, and it does not include GlideDesign’s software, templates, brand, or interface. You give GlideDesign a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit your content only so we can run the service for you. Public pages are visible to anyone with the link.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, GlideDesign is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, and our total liability for a claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the workspace in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places they apply only as far as they can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in [STATE] are the venue for disputes, except where a consumer law gives you a local court. Replace [STATE] before publication.
