Privacy policy
This draft explains what GlideDesign processes to run accounts, generate designs, host pages, and bill subscriptions. It sits with the Terms and the Refund Policy.
Data we process
Account data (name, email, login identifiers), workspace membership, prompts, uploaded files, generated designs and exports, published-page content, product usage events, support messages, and billing metadata such as plan, trial status, and the last four digits of a card. We do not store your full card number. Stripe does.
Why we process it
To create your account, run generations, apply workspace settings, host pages you publish, count credits, start and renew subscriptions, detect abuse, answer support, and keep the service reliable. Published pages are visible to anyone with the link. Drafts stay in the workspace.
Subprocessors
We send data to service providers only as needed to run GlideDesign: AI model providers (prompts and related generation inputs), payment processor (Stripe), hosting, and email delivery. We do not sell personal information. A provider change that matters to this list will be reflected here.
Retention
We keep account and workspace content while the workspace exists and for a short period afterward so you can export or reopen it. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete a workspace by emailing the address below.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in and for product analytics that tell us which pages and actions are used. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser. Blocking the sign-in cookie will sign you out.
Your requests
Email privacy@glidedesign.ai to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to ask a question about this policy. We may need to confirm the account first. Some records, including invoices, can be kept where the law requires it.
